Terms of service
A general summary of how Vyno Labs works. Each project is confirmed in a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Scope and quotes
After an enquiry and consultation, the project scope, timeline, and cost are confirmed in writing before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope is discussed and quoted separately.
Preview and approval
The finished website is shared on a private preview link. Revisions are handled as agreed for the project, and the website is published only after client approval. Preview links are private and should be treated as confidential.
Payment and launch
Payment terms are set out in the project agreement. Payments are handled through a secure hosted checkout provider; Vyno Labs does not store card details. Launch follows approval and confirmed payment as agreed for the project.
Website Care
Website Care is an optional ongoing monthly service. Its scope, monthly fee, and cancellation terms are agreed individually for each website.
Ownership and content
Ownership, licensing, handover, and any third-party assets are confirmed as part of the project agreement. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights of any text, images, or logos they supply.
