Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect and why. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
When you send a project enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional business name, and the project details you choose to share. We also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser user-agent string, purely to stop automated spam submissions.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, scope your project accurately, and — if we work together — to manage the build and any ongoing website care. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who can see it
Only Vyno Labs. Enquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database that is not readable from the public website. When a security check is shown, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine submissions from automated spam; Cloudflare processes that check on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they remain commercially relevant, then archived or deleted. Client project records are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support history.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Email vynolabs@gmail.com and we will action it.
